A new form of entertainment. The whole room steps inside a world and plays it live, crew against crew. The first world is Ukiyo.

I’m Jeremy Duffy. I build places people want to be in, and the technology that makes them possible.
My work is experience-led spaces, and technology built around what happens between people when they share a room. The subject is human. The engineering underneath is deep: world models, machine perception, agents that can hold a whole building in mind. Done properly, all you notice is the room.
Leave Only What Matters is my studio, the place where it all fits together. Every project starts with the same question. Take the rest away, and what’s left? That’s the part worth building.
